Many dieters are expecting too much too fast and that is usually their undoing, some think results can be seen in a matter of days or weeks but that is not true, changing your body takes time. Of course some of those products can help you, but weight loss industry is a multi-million dollar industry which is often misleading its costumers. If you don&#8217;t have that, you will never lose weight, if you quit after one week, once you realize that it is not as easy as you thought it would be, than you will probably have hard time overall in your life. Results will not come, just by sitting at home every day, but don&#8217;t let that stop you, there are many things people can overcome, if they have will and desire. If you want to change and are determined to do so, no one can stop you. </span></p>

Try to be as strict to yourself as possible and get this over with already. It&#8217;s only too often that people quit their plans, even before they get a good grip on them, and especially since people need around three to four weeks to get used to new things in our lives such as new habits. Once you get to that point where you just want to quit and you don&#8217;t see a point in this anymore, let it be because of results or something else, try to remember why you started this in the first place, why you decided to get rid of your problem, what you will gain once you are finished, even what others might think of you. You can learn a great lesson from this, keep your goals where you reach them and try to focus on visualizing them, keep your chin up and remember this, everyone has some hard times, but only the ones that overcome them succeed. Be that person, become good looking, take that minute of your life and turn it into hard work, it only takes a little while until you start noticing results. it&#8217;s the little things that matter most, only few minutes per day will do. </span></p>

You still need to understand that things like weight won&#8217;t just go away by themselves, the funny thing is not, that they will not go away, but they will mostly get worse. So why not decide now, and get it over with once and for all. Think about it, you can stay overweight for your whole life, if you don&#8217;t do something about it, but it takes you only a few months of hard work to get rid of the problem. If you already are at that step than you should have no problems at achieving your goal. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial" lang="SL">First thing you need to do, is to write down your calories, find a calculator that does that for you, write them down and see how much you eat every day. Check the charts for how much calories you should intake in order to lose weight, and start searching for a diet. Since diet plays a huge role in your weight loss program, it would be a good idea to find a good one, preferably one that suits you good. For example start eating more of chicken and fish, since they are known to be very low fat and healthy. Do not eat fried food and high fat food is also not recommendable. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial" lang="SL">Another thing you should do, is to drink plenty of water, since water is essential for health, especially if you will be working hard on aerobic and cardio training, both will use up large amounts of water. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial" lang="SL">As mentioned you should start with aerobic activities such as running and cycling, depends on which one you prefer, I recommend both. And both are also very good for your health status, they also make your immune system stronger, which is always a good thing. Only aerobic training and diet is not enough, if you want some real results, you should also focus some of your time into working out at the gym. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial" lang="SL">So remember, be hard working and persistent, follow these few tips and results will follow.</span></p>

Love handles or spare tyre like some people like to call them, are not as easy to lose as they seem. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Homemade Fishcakes - simple as simple gets.  This makes 8 good sized fish cakes.<br />
Put 4 large baked potatos in the oven, gas mark 220.</p>
<p>Rub sea salt into the skins and then turn the potatoes every 20 mins or so.  They will take about 1 hour and 45 minutes.</p>
<p>When the potatos are nearly ready, get a baking tray and place foil down - leave enough so you can wrap the fish up!</p>
<p>Place 3 salmon fillets and 2 cod fillets onto the tray.  Sqeeze a little lemon and drizzle a little white wine if you have any!</p>
<p>Wrap the fish up and cook for 12-15 minutes or untill cooked.  Please low down in the oven as opposed to the top where the potatoes should be.</p>
<p>Once cooked take the potatoes and fish out.  Leave both to cool.</p>
<p>Flake the fish and the inside of the potato into a bowl, add salt, pepper and a few knobs of butter.</p>
<p>Lightly blend the mixture, but be carefully not to mash!</p>
<p>Add about 2 handfuls of finely chopped spring onions and about 1 handfull of finely chopped parsley.</p>
<p>Once all the mixture is together, put in a fridge and leave for a few hours untill chilled.<br />
Once chilled you can make the mixture into round patty shapes and again leave to chill for at least half an hour<br />
You then have 2 options:<br />
Option 1 - lightly dust in seasoned flour (sale &amp; pepper) flour and fry straight away.</p>
<p>Option 2 - dust in flour, then in eff then in breadcrumbs.  Dont buy shopped breadcrumbs use some bread toast it and crunch up to make your own crumbs but remember to season them.</p>
<p>Serve with a wedge of lemon and salad with perhaps a oil and balsamic reduction dressing.</p>
